Delta Sigma Phi at Case Western Reserve prides itself on recruiting in a different manner than any other fraternity at the university. Delta Sig at CWRU utilizes a dynamic recruitment model in which new members are actively recruited 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year. While the fraternity participates in traditional recruitment at the beginning of each semester, potential new members are able to  join the fraternity as new members at any time throughout the year. Members of the recruitment committee are always looking for men that exemplify the values of the fraternity and who would be assets to the growing brotherhood. The fraternity believes this process cannot just take place twice a year; it must occur constantly.
